How To Order

4 ways to place an order:

Note: Web orders get sent out the fastest because all orders placed via customer service agents (line/whatsapp/email admin) have to go through our web order system first before they can be processed.

Order Via Web

Ordering via web is super easy! Essentially, you will be guided step-by-step as you checkout so all you need to do is follow the prompts. 

But here's a detailed guide just in case. BLOCK LETTERS indicate the page you should be on for the respective step.

 

1. CATEGORY PAGE: Pick your product(s)
Product categories can be found on the top navigation bar. Click product thumbnail to view product details.

2. PRODUCT PAGE: click "Add to Bag!"
Click "Add to Bag" button located on the box to the right of the product page.

3. PRODUCT PAGE: click "Go to Checkout"
Click "Go to Checkout" button located on the box to the right of the product page.

4. SHOPPING CART: click "Checkout"
Click "Checkout" button located on the box to the right of the product page.

5. SHIPPING DETAILS: Fill out form
You will be asked for your name, address and phone number. We need this information to process your order.

6. PAYMENT DETAILS: Fill out form
Select your method of payment and enter your email. We will use your email to keep in touch with you.
If you are paying via BCA Transfer, click the checkbox for "My billing address is the same as shipping".
If your credit card address is the same as your shipping address, click the checkbox for "My billing address is the same as shipping".

7. PLACE ORDER: Click "Send My Goodies!"
You will get one final look at all the information you have entered. Check to see that your name, address, phone, email and order is correct and click "Send My Goodies!" to place your order. You will receive an automated email detailing your order.

8. CONFIRM PAYMENT: Fill out this form
If you are paying via BCA Transfer, you have 24 hours to make your payment. Information for transfer is in your automated email. Once you have confirmed your payment, you will receive an email stating that your order payment status has been changed to "Paid".

9. DONE!
And that's it! We will send you an email once your order has shipped.
